This facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and patient-centered medical home dedicated to serving the community with comprehensive care. The clinic proudly serves a largely migrant and Latino community, offering affordable, high-quality healthcare regardless of citizenship status or ability to pay. The center operates with the EPIC EMR system and features extended hours to maximize patient access.

Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) at the Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic • Opportunity to manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to patient care • Work with certified bilingual Medical Assistants dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am-8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am-4:00 pm • Position is ideal for providers passionate about community health and family medicine • Commitment to working with underserved patient populations, particularly migrant and Latino communities • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience in community health considered • Qualifications include Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners, or Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program • Access to unique professional development including 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala • Comprehensive CME allowance of $3,100 annually with 5 days (40 hours) of dedicated CME time • Malpractice insurance coverage provided (no tail coverage policy needed) • $50,000 student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date • $15,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance available • Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, and vision at no out-of-pocket cost to employees • Great personal leave time with eight paid holidays per year • Retirement benefits including profit-sharing plan 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plan • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program

Compensation:
Employed salary with benefits. Base compensation $132,000-$144,000 with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
