Job Details:
• 0.75 FTE position (30 hours per week) at Miramar Health Center • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • EMR system is EPIC • Clinic operational hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM • Team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to manage your own patient panel • Position requires completion of a Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a two-year Physician Assistant training program • HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations valued • $11,250 Hiring Bonus available • $15,000 Relocation Allowance offered • Opportunity to participate in a 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala • $37,500 student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to employees • Great personal leave time with eight paid holidays per year • $2,325 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time • Profit-sharing plan 401(a) and 403(b) retirement plan • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program
