Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details:
• Full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week with 34 clinical hours and 6 admin hours) • Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community • Work with a certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Manage your own patient panel in a team-based approach to healthcare • Practice in an FQHC environment with HPSA Score for Primary Care: 18 • Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system • Clinic operational hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm • $15k Hiring Bonus available • $20k Relocation allowance provided • $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after start date • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala opportunity • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision at no out-of-pocket cost • Generous personal leave time with 8 paid holidays per year • $3,100 annual CME allowance with 40 hours of CME time • Profit-sharing plan 401a and 403b retirement plan options • Automatic life insurance policy and employee assistance program • Requirements: Master's or Doctoral Degree (NP) or Master's/Bachelor's Degree with PA training

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Base compensation range of $132k-$144k per year with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures.
