Position Description

Exciting Opportunity at Ephrata - Columbia Basin Hospital (ED)

Details:

Location: Ephrata - Columbia Basin Hospital
ED Volume: 14 patients/day
Shift Duration: 24-hour shifts (8a–8a) with occasional 48-hour shifts available
EMR: EPIC
Onsite Housing: Two private sleep rooms

Compensation:

2025 Rates:
- APP: $103/hr
- Team Member (6+ shifts/month): $110/hr
Potential annual salary of $253,440 with eight weekday 24-hour shifts at the $110/hr rate

Additional Perks:

Sign-On Bonus available
Paid training time
Optional malpractice insurance at just $3/hr, including tail coverage
Housing provided during shifts
