Nurse Practitioner - Post-Acute Care New

Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care to short-term and long-term patients
• Manage chronic diseases, diagnose conditions, and create care plans
• Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare clinicians
• Educate patients and caregivers, promoting healthy lifestyle changes

Requirements:

• New grads welcome to apply; primary care and post-acute care experience are a plus
• Active and unrestricted Washington NP/PA license and DEA

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $108,000/annually to $172,000/annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
